1. Set the geographic boundary before choosing page coverage
West Monroe city and Ouachita Parish are different geographic scopes. A firm may serve people in the city, elsewhere in the parish, or in additional Louisiana locations. Bosseo’s public product description says its program can be scoped to a whole state or to counties selected by the firm. That makes geographic governance more important than a generic statewide page count. The West Monroe city population estimate identifies the municipality, but it does not show that every resident is a prospective client or that every service should receive a page.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area decision to the review. Specify whether the intended footprint is West Monroe city, Ouachita Parish, selected Louisiana counties, or statewide coverage. Do not expand the footprint merely because a larger area produces more possible page combinations.
