Use Waggaman’s geography to define the review boundary
Waggaman is a census-designated place in Jefferson Parish. If your firm serves Waggaman, first decide which calls belong in the review: calls from people in Waggaman, calls handled by a Waggaman-focused team or page, or all intake calls handled by the firm. Those are different measurement boundaries. The Census population estimate can help identify the place being served, but it cannot establish how many people call, what legal matters they have, or whether a particular intake path works.
Recommended approach
State the geographic boundary during the consultation and keep it separate from call-performance findings. Review actual conversations rather than treating the population estimate as a forecast. If your firm also serves other parts of Jefferson Parish or Louisiana, decide whether those conversations should be compared, combined, or kept separate.
