1. Define what “ROI” means for your Reserve practice
The public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads, case types, retainers and revenue as parts of the measurement picture. Those terms still require firm-level definitions before the figures can support a business decision. A Reserve-serving firm may want to distinguish a call from a potential new client, a potential new client from a qualified matter, and a qualified matter from a signed representation. The dashboard page says contacts can be classified as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other, and that leads can be tagged by case type. Ask how those categories would be applied to your intake rules rather than treating every contact as equivalent.
Recommended approach
Bring your current definitions for lead, qualified lead, consultation, retained matter and revenue to the review. Decide which stages should appear separately and which fields must be confirmed by your staff. The geographic field should also be explicit: Reserve, St. John the Baptist Parish and any broader service area are not interchangeable.
