1. Start with the geographic question your records must answer
A Rayne law firm may use “Rayne” to describe its office, a service area or one part of a broader Acadia Parish practice. Those are not interchangeable. The Census record identifies Rayne as a municipality and places it in Acadia Parish; it does not show where prospective clients search, travel, call from or retain counsel. Lead Attribution should therefore be evaluated against the firm’s actual service geography rather than against population alone. Decide whether the review should distinguish Rayne from other Acadia Parish locations and from Louisiana inquiries outside that parish. Also decide whether a report should group matters by city, parish, service page, channel or case type. A useful attribution view is only as precise as the geographic labels attached to the underlying inquiry.
Recommended approach
Bring a defined service-area list and matter list to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how the journey view would separate Rayne inquiries from other locations and how those labels would appear alongside source, landing page, intake answers and outcome.
