1. Set the Leesville service boundary before configuring answers
Your firm may serve Leesville, the rest of Vernon Parish, or a wider Louisiana territory. Those are different geographic instructions, and the answering experience should not blur them. The Census record identifies Leesville city as a municipality in Vernon Parish; it does not establish the firm’s service area. A caller’s location, incident location, court location, or residence may all matter differently by practice area. Bosseo’s public AI Answering page says the system can be configured with a firm profile, practice areas, office locations, hours, parking, and consultation process. That gives you a basis for reviewing what the system should say, rather than assuming a generic local script is appropriate.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic rules your staff already use: locations served, locations not served, consultation boundaries, and the point at which a caller must be transferred or reviewed by a person. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how those rules appear in the caller experience and post-call summary.
