1. Start with the bottleneck, not a feature list
A custom build should answer a defined operational problem. Bosseo’s public Custom Software page gives examples such as speed-to-lead tools, client status portals, referral trackers, document intake flows and internal dashboards. Those examples are possibilities, not a recommendation for every Lacombe firm. Because Lacombe is a CDP within St. Tammany Parish, begin by defining the service area and the workflow that serves it. A firm may need to distinguish a Lacombe inquiry from work elsewhere in the parish, but that does not mean a location label alone requires new software.
Recommended approach
Write the problem as a sentence about work your staff performs today: what arrives, who handles it, where it is recorded and where it stalls. Bring the sentence to a Bosseo consultation rather than beginning with a request for a particular app. Bosseo says its team can map the bottleneck, design around the firm’s workflow, show a working version early and refine it with feedback.
