1. Set the geographic frame before reading local results
Harahan city and Jefferson Parish are not interchangeable reporting labels. A firm may want to review activity associated with Harahan alone, the parish, Louisiana, or another service area. The dashboard page says it can show case-type and city data, along with rankings for service-and-city targets. That makes geographic definition a practical measurement question: what does a “Harahan” call, lead or ranking represent, and how should it be separated from a parish-wide result? The Census record identifies Harahan as a municipality and places it in Jefferson Parish; it does not establish search demand or legal need.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, write down the geographic labels your firm intends to use and ask how each label will appear in the dashboard. Keep Harahan-specific observations separate from Jefferson Parish totals. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a forecast for calls, matters or revenue. Treat geography as a field to define and review, not as a performance claim.
