1. Set the geographic boundary before writing questions
The Census record identifies Williamsburg city as a municipality in Whitley County. Williamsburg and Whitley County are not interchangeable labels, and neither should be treated as evidence of the size or quality of your prospective-client pipeline. Before building a flow, decide whether the firm is reviewing matters from Williamsburg alone, from Whitley County, or from a broader Kentucky service area. Keep that choice visible in the intake language and in any routing rule you approve.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the locations your firm actually serves and map each location to an appropriate intake question or review path. Do not use the city’s population estimate to predict completion rates, leads or signed matters. Confirm how a visitor’s location will be recorded, who reviews an out-of-area inquiry and what response the visitor receives when the firm cannot assist.
