1. Define the geography before you interpret the numbers
Somerset and Pulaski County are related but not interchangeable. Somerset city is the municipality identified in the Census record; Pulaski County is the recorded county relationship. A law firm may serve one, the other, or both, but the dashboard’s city and case-type views should reflect the firm’s actual service area. Bosseo’s public page says the dashboard can show keyword coverage across a state and can connect lead information to cities. That makes geographic definitions a central buying question, not a detail to resolve after implementation.
Recommended approach
Ask for a written definition of every geographic field: what counts as Somerset, what counts as Pulaski County, whether nearby areas are grouped separately, and how a caller’s location is recorded. Do not treat the city’s population estimate as a forecast of demand. Use your engagement to decide which locations, practice areas and reporting views are relevant.
