1. Define the geography before reviewing the numbers
The dashboard page says it can show keyword coverage, city data and leads by case type. Those labels need a firm-specific definition. Richmond city and Madison County are not interchangeable, and neither is automatically the same as a wider Kentucky service area. A report that combines these areas could answer a different question from the one a partner intended to ask. The Census record identifies Richmond city as a municipality in Madison County and records 37,111 residents in the 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate. It does not establish how many people seek counsel, which locations produce inquiries, or whether a practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how location is represented in the dashboard and decide whether the firm will review Richmond, Madison County, other Kentucky locations, or a clearly defined combination. Require a visible definition for each location field and a written rule for handling inquiries whose location is unknown or outside the firm’s chosen service area.
