1. Define the geography before reading the dashboard
A Mayfield law firm may serve Mayfield, other parts of Graves County, Kentucky or areas beyond the city. Those are different reporting scopes. A city label should not be treated as a county total, and a county relationship should not be treated as proof that residents need a particular legal service. Bosseo’s public description says its dashboard can show service-and-city keyword targets, city data and questions such as which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions a central acceptance question. Ask how Mayfield is named in the report, whether Graves County is shown separately, and how broader Kentucky targets are distinguished. Also ask whether a call or form can be associated with a location only when the underlying record supports that conclusion.
Recommended approach
Before evaluating performance, approve a written geography list: Mayfield city, Graves County, any other service areas and any statewide coverage. Require each geographic view to identify its scope rather than relying on a general label such as “local.”
