Start with the service area behind your profile
The Census record identifies London as a municipality in Laurel County. It does not establish that every potential client is in London, that your firm serves all of Laurel County, or that nearby Kentucky communities belong in your reputation strategy. Those distinctions matter because a review request and a business profile are public signals. A plan aimed only at London may be too narrow for a firm serving the county; a plan that implies coverage beyond your practice area may be misleading.
Recommended approach
Map the places your firm intentionally serves before selecting campaign language or measurement boundaries. Review your Google Business Profile categories, address and service-area information, then decide whether reporting should separate London inquiries from Laurel County and other Kentucky locations. Treat any broader metropolitan or regional audience as a question to assess, not an assumption drawn from the city population.
