1. Make Franklin and Simpson County explicit in the measurement plan
The Census record identifies Franklin city as a municipality in Simpson County. That distinction matters when a law firm discusses local performance. A dashboard view for Franklin should not automatically be treated as a view for every household or individual in Simpson County, all of Kentucky, or an unspecified metropolitan area. The firm should first decide which geographic labels belong in its reporting and which service areas are actually relevant to its practice. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes live keyword rankings, movement over time and service-and-city targets. It also describes questions such as which cities produce calls. Those capabilities make geographic definitions a central acceptance question, not a minor naming detail.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, ask to see how a Franklin target would be named, separated from Simpson County coverage and distinguished from any broader Kentucky tracking. Approve only labels that match the firm’s intended service area. Do not use Franklin’s population estimate as a forecast of cases or revenue.
