Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Fort Thomas is recorded as a municipality in Campbell County. If your firm serves Fort Thomas while also accepting matters from elsewhere in Campbell County or other Kentucky locations, a location label alone will not explain performance. A useful attribution record needs to distinguish the page or channel that generated the inquiry from the geography that the prospective client identifies during intake. The Fort Thomas population estimate is context for deciding whether to inspect local intent and service coverage; it is not evidence that a particular practice area produces demand there.
Recommended approach
During a review, define the geographic questions you want answered: whether Fort Thomas inquiries arrive through a location page, a service page, a referral, a paid source or another path; whether those inquiries are qualified; and whether the firm wants to compare Fort Thomas with other service areas. Keep the municipality, Campbell County and broader Kentucky service territory as separate reporting choices rather than combining them into one local label.
