1. Define what “ROI” means for a Shawnee firm
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads, retainers and revenue as connected views. Those categories are not interchangeable. A ranking is a visibility signal; a call is an interaction; a potential new client is a classification; a matter or retainer is a firm outcome. Your review should test whether the dashboard keeps those stages distinct. It should also establish whether “Shawnee” means the city, Johnson County, Kansas, or another service area selected by your firm. The Census record identifies Shawnee city and its relationship to Johnson County, but it does not say that residents are prospective clients or that one geographic area produces more matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to define every stage from source to signed matter in plain language. Request a written decision on which geographic labels and practice-area labels your firm will use, what counts as a lead, and which fields partners will rely on for budget decisions.
