1. Start with the matters your firm actually reviews
Bosseo’s public Video Intake description says its guided survey can be organized around practice areas and can qualify inquiries by case type, urgency and fit. That makes the first Lawrence-specific question operational: which visitors should receive the same path, and which should receive different questions? A firm serving Lawrence and Douglas County may need to distinguish a local service area from matters it accepts elsewhere in Kansas. The city’s population estimate should not be treated as evidence that any particular practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
List the practice areas you want the intake to address, the geographic boundaries for each, and the minimum facts needed for an initial review. Ask Bosseo to show how those distinctions would appear to a visitor and how an inquiry outside your scope would be handled. Keep the public path accurate rather than using broad language that invites matters the firm does not evaluate.
