Review the calls your team actually handles
Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls answered by the firm’s team or by its AI answering system. The public product description says calls are recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and analyzed after the conversation. Reports include an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the retainer quoted, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. These are stated product capabilities; they are not a promise that every firm will obtain more signed matters. For a Kansas City practice, begin by identifying which calls belong in the review: calls from Kansas City itself, calls elsewhere in Wyandotte County, and calls from any other area your firm serves. Do not use the city’s population estimate to predict how many calls those categories should produce.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to walk through the call categories and review fields that would apply to your firm. Decide which facts are useful for attorney follow-up, which coaching observations should go to the intake representative, and which information should remain subject to your firm’s professional and privacy policies.
