What can the Bosseo ROI Dashboard show?+
Bosseo’s public page describes rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, recordings, transcripts, lead classifications, case types, forms, video intakes, source attribution, reviews and trends over time. Ask Bosseo which items apply to your proposed scope.
Can it prove that an Eudora search became a signed case?+
It can be evaluated for connections among visibility, contacts, case types, matters and revenue signals, but a ranking or source label alone does not prove causation. Agree on attribution rules and compare dashboard records with your firm’s matter records.
Should Eudora and Douglas County be reported together?+
Not automatically. Eudora is a municipality recorded in Douglas County, and those geographic levels answer different questions. Ask for separate labels if your firm needs to distinguish city activity from county or broader service-area activity.
What should count as a lead?+
Bosseo’s public page describes a Potential New Client classification separate from Current Client and Other. Your firm should confirm the precise rule, including how spam, vendors, duplicate contacts, out-of-scope matters and uncertain inquiries are handled.
Who should receive dashboard access?+
Bosseo says partners, office managers and intake leads can be given access. Before implementation, ask how roles are created, what each role can see, how access is removed and how recordings, transcripts and sensitive matter information are handled.
Does the dashboard include every integration my firm may need?+
Do not assume that. Bosseo’s public page describes related services and a connected ecosystem, but it does not establish every integration or service commitment for every account. Ask which connections are included, which require separate scope and what data each one supplies.
