1. Separate Dodge City’s geography from your measurement question
Your service area may include Dodge City and other parts of Ford County, but the city and the county are different geographic scopes. A city page, a county page, a referral, an advertisement and a direct visit should not be treated as interchangeable sources. The Census record identifies Dodge City as a municipality in Ford County and reports a 2020–2024 population estimate of 27,613. It does not show how many people need legal help, how many search for a lawyer or which practice areas generate inquiries. Lead Attribution can help you examine the journeys that actually reach your firm. Bosseo’s public product page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers, with calls joined to the same journey record. The useful implementation decision is to define which geographic labels matter to your firm before reviewing results: Dodge City, Ford County or another service area you intentionally serve.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic context will be represented in the journey and outcome records. Keep city, county and broader service-area reporting distinct, and do not treat the Dodge City population estimate as a forecast of leads or cases.
