Start with the bottleneck, not a software category
Custom software is most useful when a specific recurring task does not fit the tools already in use. Bosseo’s public Custom Software page describes builds such as client portals, intake tools, internal dashboards, referral trackers and connections between existing systems. Those examples are not a recommendation that your firm needs any one of them. For an Augusta practice, the first question is narrower: what does your team do manually for matters, consultations, referrals or client communication, and where does that work stall? Butler County identifies the county relationship for Augusta; it does not tell you which process is inefficient. Map the work performed by your own staff instead.
Recommended approach
Bring one concrete bottleneck to the consultation. Describe the trigger, the people involved, the information they enter, the systems they touch and the point at which the task is considered complete. If the issue is already handled adequately by an existing product, Bosseo’s role should be to say so rather than force a custom build.
