What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes a journey record containing channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. It also describes calls, case-type information and outcome tracking through consultation and signed case. Confirm the exact records available to your firm during the consultation.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo states that phone calls can join the same journey record, with the transcript, case-type tag and web journey connected. Ask how your firm’s current phone and intake arrangements would be handled before relying on that connection.
Will this tell me how many Waukee leads I will receive?+
No supported statement can establish future lead volume. Waukee’s 2020–2024 ACS population estimate is geographic context only; it does not prove demand, competition, search volume, leads, cases or revenue.
Do we need to change the question we ask at intake?+
Bosseo says its attribution runs behind the scenes and that staff do not need to rely on a “How did you hear about us?” answer for the journey record. Review your existing intake process with Bosseo so you understand what remains the firm’s responsibility and which answers can be attached.
How is this different from aggregate analytics?+
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as connecting an individual lead’s journey with intake and outcome information, rather than showing only anonymous traffic in aggregate. Ask for a live explanation of the records and views available to your firm.
Can attribution prove that a page caused a signed case?+
It can provide a recorded journey and associated outcome for review, but a journey record does not prove that one page or channel alone caused a legal decision. Use the data as evidence for investigation and comparison, not as a guarantee.
