1. Start with the handoff, not the software
Bosseo describes Automation as a connection between a firm’s marketing, intake and operations. Its public product description covers website-to-CRM synchronization, lead logging and tagging, routing, follow-up, calendar booking flows and case-management handoffs. The practical decision for your firm is where information currently stops moving. A form may reach an inbox without becoming a CRM record. A phone inquiry may be noted in one place but not assigned to the person responsible for the next action. A consultation request may require separate calendar coordination. Washington’s population figure does not tell you which of these issues exists in your firm; your own records do.
Recommended approach
Map one real inquiry from first contact to consultation or disposition. Mark every place where someone retypes information, chooses an owner, waits for a reply or decides whether follow-up should continue. That map is more useful than assuming the firm needs a particular workflow because it serves Washington or Washington County.
