Start with the site you actually operate
A hosting decision should begin with an inventory, not a server label. Identify the website, domain registrar, DNS provider, content management system, databases, forms, analytics tools, email records and any other service that depends on the current setup. The firm’s geographic service area matters because the site may contain pages for Tiffin, Johnson County and other communities, but a place name alone does not establish demand, rankings or future case volume. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate records 5,737 residents for Tiffin city, with a margin of error of 18. That is context for defining the municipality, not evidence that a hosting change will produce leads.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to document what will move, what will remain with another provider and which records require approval before cutover. Request a written owner for each access credential and dependency. Keep domain ownership with the firm and confirm how DNS administration will work.
