1. Define the Glenwood geography before reviewing the numbers
A dashboard can become misleading when a firm treats every nearby activity as Glenwood activity. Glenwood city is recorded separately from Mills County, and neither geography should automatically stand for the other. A law firm may serve Glenwood residents, other Mills County communities, or clients outside the county. Those are separate reporting questions. Bosseo’s public description says the dashboard can show rankings by service-and-city target, leads by case type, and which cities produce calls. During evaluation, ask how the view distinguishes Glenwood from Mills County and from any broader Iowa targets. Also ask whether the geographic labels are based on the search target, the caller’s information, the landing page, or another definition. The Census estimate gives you a place boundary; it does not tell you which legal services people seek.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area list to the review. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how Glenwood, Mills County and any wider targets would appear, then record which geographic definition governs each metric.
