1. Define the geography before reviewing ROI
The dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets, city data and keyword coverage. For a Fort Dodge firm, the first measurement decision is the geographic scope: Fort Dodge city, Webster County, Iowa, or another area the firm deliberately serves. Those are not interchangeable. Fort Dodge is a municipality in Webster County, and the Census population estimate applies to the city—not automatically to the county, a metropolitan area, households or every prospective client. A dashboard cannot turn population into proof of legal demand.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area definition to the consultation. Ask to see how a Fort Dodge target would be distinguished from a Webster County target and how location labels would appear beside rankings, calls and leads. Do not approve a report that combines geographies without showing the underlying definition.
