Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census record identifies Estherville city and its relationship to Emmet County. Those are different geographic scopes. A dashboard review should not treat an Estherville city figure as evidence about every potential client in the county, Iowa or any metropolitan area. Ask which service areas, cities and counties will appear in reporting, and whether a location label describes a search target, a caller’s stated location or another field. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can show case-type and city data, but the appropriate local coverage for your firm still needs to be defined.
Recommended approach
At consultation, write down the exact geographic areas your firm wants reviewed. Separate Estherville from Emmet County and from any broader Iowa coverage. Then ask how each location will be represented in rankings, calls, leads and attribution. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a forecast of matters or revenue.
