1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
A dashboard is only useful when its geographic labels answer a real management question. Denison is a municipality in Crawford County; the Census record does not establish a wider service area or prove that people in the city are searching for legal help. If your firm serves Denison alone, Crawford County as well, or another defined area, those should not be blended into one unexplained total. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city data, keyword tracking and rankings over time. In a review, ask how your targets would be named, separated and interpreted.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of service areas and practice areas to the consultation. Decide whether Denison and Crawford County need separate views, and identify which locations should never be treated as interchangeable. Use population only as eligibility context; use the dashboard’s observed activity, once available, to evaluate performance.
