Define the geographic view before judging performance
Your firm may serve Coralville, other parts of Johnson County, or a broader Iowa market. Those are different reporting questions. A dashboard view for Coralville should not be treated as a county-wide result, and a county view should not be presented as a city result. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says it tracks service-and-city keyword targets and can show which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions a practical starting point for the consultation. Decide whether a city label means the search target, the caller’s stated location, the landing-page location or another agreed definition. Do not use Coralville’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or cases.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to document the geographic labels and filters that will be used for Coralville, Johnson County and any wider Iowa coverage. Agree on how the firm will review a city result without confusing it with county or statewide performance.
