What does the ROI Dashboard claim to track?+
Bosseo’s public page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, recordings, transcripts, lead classifications, case-type breakdowns, forms, video intakes, source attribution, review measures and trends over time. Confirm the exact scope for your firm during consultation.
Can it prove that Cherokee marketing produced a signed case?+
No conclusion should be assumed from a ranking, call or lead total alone. Ask how a contact is connected to a matter, how the geography is defined and which revenue fields are available. Visibility and attribution are measurement inputs, not automatic proof of causation or retained business.
Should our report cover Cherokee city or Cherokee County?+
That depends on your firm’s actual service area. Cherokee city and Cherokee County are different geographic scopes. Choose one or report them separately, and do not use the city’s Census population estimate as evidence of demand, competition or legal need.
Who can access calls and transcripts?+
Bosseo’s public page describes a URL and login and says firm personnel can receive access. Ask for the specific permission model, approved roles, removal process and treatment of call recordings and transcripts before adopting the dashboard.
Does the dashboard include every system we already use?+
The public page describes Bosseo services and certain data relationships, but it does not establish an integration with every outside system. Bring your system list to the consultation and request a written distinction between supported scope, proposed scope and systems that remain separate.
How should we evaluate data that appears late or is wrong?+
Ask how ranking refreshes, calls, forms, intakes and classifications are updated; how duplicates and transcription errors are corrected; and what is visible when data is delayed. Make those answers part of acceptance rather than assuming a particular uptime or recovery standard.
