1. Start with the geography you actually serve
Bosseo’s public programmatic SEO page describes two footprint choices: the whole state or only selected counties. For a Portland firm, Jay County is the recorded county relationship for Portland city. That makes a county-based discussion concrete, but it does not decide whether your firm should target only Jay County. You may serve clients beyond the municipality, and your practice areas may have different geographic limits. A page for Portland should not silently imply coverage of every Indiana city, every Jay County resident or every nearby market.
Recommended approach
List the counties and cities your firm is prepared to serve for each legal service. Compare that list with Bosseo’s statewide and county-only scope options. Ask whether a page would contain genuinely useful local information for the intended searcher rather than merely swapping “Portland” into a standard template. Keep the geographic boundary visible in page copy, internal links and reporting.
