1. Set the geographic scope before reading the numbers
A location label can conceal an important measurement choice. North Vernon is recorded as a city in Jennings County. If your firm serves clients beyond the municipality, the dashboard discussion should distinguish North Vernon from Jennings County, other Indiana locations and any broader service area. A count attributed to a city is not automatically a count for the county, and county activity is not proof of demand inside the city. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the system can show city data, service-and-city keyword targets, calls, leads and case types. That makes geographic definitions worth settling before the first review.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a location is named, grouped and filtered in the proposed view. Decide whether North Vernon should be treated as its own market, one part of Jennings County, or one target within a wider Indiana plan. Keep those choices visible in the dashboard so a partner does not mistake a geographic rollup for a local result.
