1. Set the geographic boundary before you set the page count
Bosseo describes a footprint that can cover a whole state or only counties selected by the firm. For a Mount Vernon firm, that distinction matters: Mount Vernon is in Posey County, but the city, the county and the rest of Indiana are different geographic scopes. A page for a Mount Vernon service search should not silently imply that the firm serves every Indiana community. Likewise, a Posey County plan should identify which places and services the firm actually wants to discuss. The Census record confirms the municipality and its county relationship; it does not tell you where clients will come from.
Recommended approach
Begin with a service-area map that labels Mount Vernon, Posey County and any additional Indiana counties separately. Decide whether the first footprint should be limited to Posey County or expanded to other counties the firm intentionally serves. Treat statewide coverage as a business choice to review, not as the automatic consequence of being an Indiana law firm.
