1. Define the geography before you judge the numbers
A Lebanon firm can serve people in the city, elsewhere in Boone County, or in additional Indiana locations. Those are different geographic questions. The Census record identifies Lebanon as a municipality and records its county relationship as Boone County. It does not show which locations produce inquiries or signed matters. A useful dashboard review therefore starts by asking how the firm names and groups locations in its reporting. A city label should not be treated as a county result, and a county result should not automatically be treated as a Lebanon result.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how location is represented for rankings, calls, forms, case types and attribution. Decide which geographic labels belong in partner reporting, and require the firm to distinguish Lebanon from Boone County and any broader Indiana service area.
