1. Define the service area before you write the intake
Lakes of the Four Seasons is a census-designated place associated with both Lake County and Porter County. That matters when your firm decides how to describe where it serves and how it routes an inquiry. It does not justify treating the CDP population estimate as a forecast of website visitors, cases or staffing requirements. Keep the geography precise: a page for Lakes of the Four Seasons should not silently expand into every Indiana market or imply that a county-wide audience has the same legal needs.
Recommended approach
Use the consultation to identify the locations your firm actually accepts, the matters it wants to review and any geographic limits that should appear before a visitor submits an intake. If Lake County and Porter County require different ownership or follow-up, make that a decision in the intake design rather than an assumption based on population.
