1. Define the geography before reviewing ROI
A dashboard can only answer a local question clearly when the question has a defined geographic boundary. Danville is a town in Hendricks County, so a firm may need to distinguish activity associated with Danville from activity associated with the wider county or other Indiana locations it serves. Population is context, not a forecast: the Census estimate does not prove that residents are searching for legal services or that a particular practice area will produce matters. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes keyword tracking, city data and source attribution. During evaluation, ask how a tracked service-and-city target is named, how nearby locations are separated, and whether the dashboard distinguishes the target geography from the firm’s broader service area.
Recommended approach
Bring a written geography list to the review. Start with Danville and Hendricks County only if those are the areas your firm actually wants measured; add other locations only after deciding what each location means for intake and case acceptance.
