Set the qualification boundary before you record questions
Bosseo describes CLIONT as a guided survey built around a firm’s practice areas. Its public page says the flow can qualify by case type, urgency and fit, and can be weighted toward the work a firm wants to grow. For a Columbia City firm, the useful starting point is not the city’s population. It is the firm’s own boundary: which matters belong in an immediate consultation, which need additional review, and which should not reach the calendar. Keep Columbia City and Whitley County relationships precise when deciding whether location belongs in the questions; a municipality and its county are not interchangeable.
Recommended approach
Bring your current practice-area list, acceptance rules and conflicts-screening boundaries to the review. Ask Bosseo to show how those decisions would become a question path, without treating the local population estimate as evidence of case demand.
