1. Define the geography before you interpret the numbers
Bright is a census-designated place in Indiana, recorded in Dearborn County. A Bright law firm may serve clients in Bright, elsewhere in Dearborn County, or in additional areas, but those are different geographic scopes. The dashboard page says its reporting can include city data and service-and-city keyword targets. That makes geographic definitions important: a ranking or lead associated with Bright should not automatically be treated as evidence about all of Dearborn County, Indiana or a wider metropolitan area.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, write down the exact places your firm wants to evaluate and keep them separate in reporting. Ask how a location is assigned to a call, form or other contact, and decide whether Bright should be treated as its own target or as part of a broader service area. Do not use the Bright population estimate as a forecast of cases or revenue; use it only as context for the place being evaluated.
