1. Define the geography before reading the numbers
Boonville city and Warrick County are not interchangeable reporting areas. The Census record identifies Boonville as a municipality within Warrick County, and records a population estimate of 6,702 for the city in the 2020–2024 ACS 5-year period. That fact can help your firm state the area being evaluated. It cannot establish how many people need counsel, how many people search, or how many matters a campaign may produce. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard text says that city data can be used in decision-making, while its broader description refers to service-and-city targets and coverage across a state. Before relying on a tile or trend, ask exactly which geographic relationship it represents: a Boonville target, a Warrick County target, another city, or a wider Indiana measure.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the geographic label beside each relevant ranking, lead, call and attribution record. Keep Boonville, Warrick County and any broader Indiana coverage separate in your internal review. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a forecast or substitute for a demand study.
