1. Start with the footprint you can serve
Washington is recorded by the Census Bureau as a municipality in Tazewell County. That relationship matters when you define a county-based footprint: Washington and Tazewell County are not interchangeable labels, and neither should be treated as a proxy for all of Illinois. Bosseo’s public product description says the same page system can be scoped to the whole state or only the counties a firm chooses. For your firm, the first decision is therefore geographic eligibility: do you want to evaluate Washington specifically, selected cities in Tazewell County, or a wider Illinois service area?
Recommended approach
List the locations where the firm can responsibly accept and serve matters. Separate the city, county, metropolitan area, and statewide scope in that list. Then ask Bosseo to map the proposed service-and-city combinations against your actual practice areas rather than using Washington’s population as a projection of demand.
