1. Define the geography before you read the numbers
The dashboard page describes city-level and case-type data, including which cities produce calls and which pages produce leads. For a firm serving Pinckneyville, the first decision is whether Pinckneyville is one reporting geography, whether Perry County is a separate geography, and whether any wider Illinois coverage should be shown independently. Pinckneyville city and Perry County are not interchangeable. The Census record identifies Pinckneyville as a municipality and records its county relationship as Perry County; its population estimate is eligibility context only, not evidence that residents are searching for a lawyer or that a particular practice area is growing.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be defined in the dashboard before you rely on a city or county comparison. Keep Pinckneyville, Perry County and any broader Illinois target separate unless your firm deliberately chooses a combined reporting rule. Confirm how a lead is assigned when a caller lives outside the city, serves a county-wide matter or does not state a location.
