What is Bosseo Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes it as a guided video survey that lives on a law-firm website. A visitor answers one question at a time, and the flow is designed around practice areas and case types so the firm can review a more structured inquiry than a blank contact form provides.
Can the flow handle Pana and nearby service areas?+
The product page describes case-type paths and routing, but it does not establish your firm’s geographic policy. During a consultation, decide how the flow should treat Pana, Christian County, Shelby County and locations outside your service area. Do not assume geography alone determines whether a matter is accepted.
Can my firm choose the questions?+
Bosseo’s public page says the flows are built with the firm, practice area by practice area. Your firm should identify the questions it considers relevant, then review the proposed wording, notices, escalation rules and legal boundaries before approval.
Where do completed intakes go?+
Bosseo says completed inquiries can be delivered with answers attached, tagged by case type, and routed through connected workflows. The exact destination and any CRM, case-management or automation connection should be confirmed for your firm rather than assumed from the general product description.
Does Video Intake replace a lawyer or intake professional?+
No. It can collect and organize information for initial review, but it does not replace attorney judgment, conflict checks, urgency assessment or a consultation. Your firm remains responsible for deciding who reviews an inquiry and what communication follows.
Will Video Intake guarantee more Pana cases or better search visibility?+
No such outcome should be assumed. Pana’s population estimate does not prove demand, and Bosseo’s product description does not establish results for your firm. Google also states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Ask what will be measured and how your firm will evaluate the experience.
