1. Start with the calls your Pana firm actually receives
Pana’s recorded population is geographic eligibility evidence only. It does not tell you how many prospective clients call, which practice areas they ask about, or whether callers come from Pana city, Christian County, Shelby County, elsewhere in Illinois, or outside that service area. Intake Coach is therefore best evaluated against your firm’s real conversations. Bosseo describes the product as reviewing every intake call, including calls handled by the firm’s team and calls answered by its AI phone system. Its public page says calls are recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and followed by specific coaching.
Recommended approach
Bring a defined service-area discussion to the consultation. Identify which callers the firm considers eligible, whether Pana is the primary location or one part of a wider Illinois practice, and which calls should be treated as intake rather than general inquiries. Do not use the Pana population estimate as a substitute for those operating facts.
