1. Replace “How did you hear about us?” with a journey record
A prospective client may visit more than once, arrive through more than one source and contact the firm by phone rather than form. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes records that include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey record. That is materially different from relying on a caller’s recollection or a manually maintained source column. For an Orland Park practice serving people across the municipality’s Cook County and Will County relationships, the useful question is not whether a visitor is “local.” It is which path produced the inquiry and whether the inquiry met the firm’s qualification criteria.
Recommended approach
Review whether your intake record can preserve source and substance together: the marketing path, the matter type, the caller’s answers and the eventual disposition. Ask Bosseo to show how those fields would appear for your actual response paths.
