1. Review the calls your firm already handles
Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls handled by the firm’s team and calls answered by its AI phone system. The public product description says each call is recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, and analyzed after the conversation. It also describes an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. Those are product capabilities presented by Bosseo; they are not a prediction about your results. North Chicago’s population estimate identifies the municipality and its Lake County relationship, but it does not establish how many calls your firm receives or how many involve North Chicago residents. Start with your own call history instead.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a review would distinguish calls from North Chicago, other Lake County communities, and matters outside your service area. Decide which geographic information your team should record and which information should remain outside intake scoring.
