Start with the right geographic question
Mount Carmel and Wabash County are not interchangeable labels. A firm may have an office or service area in Mount Carmel while serving clients elsewhere in the county or across Illinois. The Census record identifies Mount Carmel city as a municipality in Wabash County; it does not show where legal searches originate or where clients prefer to hire. That distinction matters when you decide whose review experience belongs in a public reputation strategy. Reviews from real clients can describe the firm’s service, but your request rules should still reflect the matters and geographic areas the firm is prepared to handle.
Recommended approach
Map your actual service area before setting review-request eligibility. Separate Mount Carmel matters from Wabash County matters and from broader Illinois work. Then decide whether one Google Business Profile and one voice accurately represent the firm’s practice or whether certain questions require attorney review.
