What does Bosseo say Lead Attribution shows?+
Bosseo describes a lead journey containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. Its public page also describes calls joining the journey and outcomes extending to consultation and signed case. Ask what will be available in your firm’s implementation.
Can this tell us how many Morton Grove legal leads exist?+
No conclusion should be drawn from the village population estimate alone. The ACS records 24,619 residents for Morton Grove village in the 2020–2024 period, but that does not establish search volume, legal demand, inquiries or cases. Attribution reviews recorded firm interactions; it does not turn population into a forecast.
Will staff need to ask every caller how they found the firm?+
Bosseo’s public page says attribution runs behind the scenes and that its instrumentation is built and maintained by Bosseo, without manual tagging or a required “how did you hear about us?” script. Confirm the exact intake and call setup, permissions and responsibilities before engagement.
Can phone calls be included?+
Bosseo says calls can join the same journey record and describes connecting the transcript and case-type tag with the web journey. Ask how call records, consent, access and outcome updates would work for your firm. Do not assume every call will be attributable or that every record will be complete.
How is this different from aggregate analytics?+
Bosseo positions Lead Attribution as connecting a specific journey to a lead’s intake information and later outcome, rather than showing only anonymous traffic totals. The useful comparison for your firm is whether the proposed record supports the decisions you need to make and whether its limits are clear.
Can attribution prove that a page caused a signed matter?+
It can document the path captured for a lead and associate that path with an outcome when the data is available. That is not the same as proving sole causation. Review repeat visits, referrals, offline activity, missing data and your firm’s conversion definitions before making budget decisions.
