1. Define what the dashboard is counting
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, forms, intakes, reviews, leads, case-type breakdowns and trends over time. It also describes contacts classified as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other. Those labels matter because a call count is not automatically a qualified opportunity, a signed matter or revenue. Before relying on a tile, ask how your firm would define each event and which records remain separate. For a Lombard practice, geographic labels also need care: Lombard is a village in DuPage County, not a synonym for every person or matter in the county.
Recommended approach
Write acceptance criteria for each metric before judging the dashboard. Include the event definition, required fields, excluded records, practice-area label and geographic label. Treat the Census population estimate as location context only, not as a forecast of demand or case volume.
