1. Start with the calls your firm actually handles
Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls handled by a firm’s team and calls answered by its AI answering system. The public product description says a call can be recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and analyzed after it ends. It also describes an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. Those capabilities should be evaluated against your actual call flow rather than assumed to fit it. Lake Forest’s population estimate establishes the municipality’s size, but it does not establish how many calls your firm receives or whether you need additional coverage.
Recommended approach
Bring a representative description of your current intake paths to a consultation. Identify calls answered by staff, calls that reach an attorney, overflow calls, and after-hours calls. Ask Bosseo to explain how the proposed configuration would distinguish those paths and what your firm would be able to review.
