1. Set the geographic boundary before you judge the profile
The relevant place relationship is specific: Inverness village is in Cook County, Illinois. Your firm may serve only Inverness, Inverness plus other Cook County communities, or a wider Illinois area. Those are different review and reputation decisions. The Census estimate for the municipality is useful for describing the place, but it cannot tell you how many people search for a lawyer, how many firms compete for a matter, or how many inquiries a review program might produce. Bosseo’s public product page centers Reputation & Reviews on Google Business Profile and describes review requests and responses as part of the service.
Recommended approach
Define the service area in writing before implementation. Decide whether the program should present the firm primarily as an Inverness practice, a Cook County practice, or a broader Illinois firm. Then review the business name, address, phone number, practice descriptions, and service-area language for accuracy. Do not use population as a forecast; use actual inquiry records and profile data when deciding what to change.
