What does Intake Coach evaluate?+
Bosseo describes a call-level analysis that includes an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Ask which elements apply to your proposed configuration.
Does Hampshire’s population determine whether Intake Coach is right for my firm?+
No. Hampshire’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 8,524, with a margin of error of 708. That is geographic context, not evidence of call volume, legal demand, staffing needs or revenue. Evaluate the product against your firm’s actual conversations and workflow.
Can the product review calls handled outside regular staff coverage?+
Bosseo says Intake Coach is part of the AI Phone System that answers overflow and after-hours calls, records conversations, scores them and delivers coaching. Ask Bosseo how that relationship would apply to your phone arrangement.
Who decides what happens after a call?+
Your firm should define ownership, follow-up and attorney escalation. Intake Coach can provide the described analysis and coaching, but the consultation should establish how your internal decisions and responsibilities would be represented.
Can I use the scores as proof of signed cases or revenue?+
No. Scores, winability estimates, quoted retainers and trends are measurement inputs. They do not by themselves establish signed matters, revenue or legal outcomes. Set a management question first and review the measures against your own records.
What should I ask before adopting it?+
Ask which calls are captured, how recordings and transcripts are handled, what the scoring criteria mean, who receives coaching, how follow-up ownership is represented and which related services are required or optional. Confirm the proposed scope directly with Bosseo.
